Voordelen van het product
Dubbele katheter voor bronchoalveolaire lavage voor diagnose van beademingsgerelateerde pneumonie. Het distale uiteinde van de externe katheter is radio-opaak en afgesloten met een plug van polyethyleenglycol waardoor beschermde distale bronchiale sampling mogelijk is.
Aan het proximale einde bevindt zich een spacer tussen de externe en interne katheters om te voorkomen dat de polyethyleenglycol plug voortijdig wordt uitgestoten.

Beschrijving
Double catheter for blind bronchoalveolar lavage for diagnosis of ventilator-associated pneumonia. The distal end of the external (radiopaque) catheter is closed by a polyethylene glycol plug.At the proximal end, there is a spacer between the external and internal catheters to avoid premature expulsion of the polyethylene glycol plug.
